METHODS OF ORDERING
All items in CukyBaby’s site can be ordered through :-
- Our shop online conveniently and comfortably
- Email us at sales@cukybaby.com

ORDER CONFIRMATION
All successful online orders will receive a system-generated “Order Acknowledgement” e-mail.
All off-line orders, placed either by e-mail or phone, will also be acknowledged by e-mail or phone. All discrepancy in the order must be notified within 24 hours.
All orders will normally be processed within 2 business days.
All orders are subjected to stock availability. If some or all of the items ordered are not in stock, your advice for partial delivery or adjustment of order will be sought within 3 business days.
ORDER TRACKING
To check the status of your order, login your account and your up-to-date order status will be displayed.
WARRANTY
CukyBaby does not manufacture the products offered for sale. Therefore CukyBaby does not offer product warranty, but simply extends the manufacturer’s standard warranty. If you wish information regarding the manufacturer’s warranty before ordering, please e-mail us at sales@cukybaby.com.
Because CukyBaby does not imply or express warranty, we cannot imply warranty or merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose or cause. In other words, because you have purchased a certain product from us this does not give us the responsibility of seeing to it that it works properly or is used properly. All of our products, no matter how safe you believe they are, should be used only under close supervision of an adult.
We admit we select the safest and best quality products we can find, but it is your responsibility to see the devices are installed and used properly. If you receive a product from us that is missing the use, care, assembly or installation instructions, e-mail us and we will send the information along to you.
ORDER ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION
Order may be altered or cancelled within 24 hours and/or before the order is processed and sent out. Alteration and/or cancellation may be done by e-mail or call us with the Order Number.
If order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame, full amount paid will be refunded.
CukyBaby reserves the right to impose a cancellation charge of 20% to 50% of the order if the alteration or cancellation is notified after 24 hours of ordering.
- A cancellation charge of 20% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made within 48 hours.
- A cancellation charge of 50% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made after 48 hours.
RETURN OR EXCHANGES
All products, once sold, are non-returnable. Return and exchanges will only be allowed for :-
- Items with manufacturer’s defects;
- Items that are damaged or broken in the process of delivery and/or shipping;
- Items that are out of stock;
- All returns must notify us within 3 days of receipt of your order and be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipts, in the original packaging with all the merchandise tags attached and in the re-sellable condition.
Returns may subject to re-stocking fee of 20%. Any items returned dirty, washed, or used will NOT be eligible for refund. No refund will be issued without a Return Acknowledgement Notice. Delivery or shipping charges are not refundable.
If you purchased the items with a free shipping special, the full shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Re-shipping charges for exchanged item(s) will be applied.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by normal post.
CukyBaby reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange of any item that does not meet the above requirements.
